ACQUISITION AND FINANCING OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING: 

DPI&C facilitated an acquisition and financing of six affordable housing properties on behalf of the Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC), a non-profit organization committed to providing affordable housing. Through this acquisition, 170 affordable apartment units were preserved in the Oak Park area and OPRC's existing multifamily portfolio grew by 30%. DPI&C worked closely with David Pope, President and CEO of OPRC negotiated and orchestrated the acquisition.

INVESTMENT IN 12-UNIT APARTMENTS IN AUBURN GRESHAM: 

DPI&C invested in a distressed and vacant apartment building. Fully renovated twelve one- and two- bedroom apartments are now available to rent to market rate and voucher-holding residents in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood.


“WHITE LABEL” UNDERWRITING TO CHICAGO COMMUNITY LOAN FUND. 

DPI&C provides origination, consulting, underwriting and presenting support to the Lending Team to achieve its goals of generating $50 million in new loan originations per year. To-date, DPI&C ‘s efforts led to the closing of $5 million in community facilities, affordable housing, and commercial properties.
